As a German art enthusiast, our family found Rokerij in Monnickendam to be a harmonious blend of Dutch design and comfort. Host Harry's warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere for our stay. the ample space allowed each of us to have our own room, offering privacy and relaxation. the kitchenette was well, equipped, perfect for preparing family meals. For entertainment, we enjoyed the convenience of a short walk to the charming old town and the picturesque waterfront. the easy access to public transport made exploring Amsterdam stress, free, ideal for family outings. An unexpected highlight was the outdoor seating area, where we spent quality time together, immersing ourselves in the serene surroundings. Rokerij provided us with a family, friendly retreat, embracing the essence of Dutch hospitality. the property's proximity to amenities and cultural sites made it an ideal base for our exploration of the region.
